Shari Hendrickson, M.A., M.S.W., CPHRM

Shari Hendrickson is a Senior Clinical Risk Consultant at Physicians Insurance. She joined Physicians Insurance in 2017 after nearly 14 years as Manager of Risk, Risk Finance, and Patient Safety at Kootenai Health/Heart Clinics Northwest. She also served as Chair of the Insurance Captive for Mountain States Healthcare Reciprocal Risk Retention Group.

Earlier in her career, Shari worked on the clinical side of healthcare as a clinical social worker. She is a Certified Professional Hospital Risk Manager (CPHRM) and Certified Mediator and is certified in Enterprise Risk Management, Lean Six Sigma, and patient safety.

Shari holds master’s  degrees from the University of Nevada in Clinical Social Work and from Webster University in Management and Leadership.
